COVID-19 IMPORTANT UPDATE
In accordance with Melbourne Metropolitan Stage 4 lockdowns our Victorian boutiques will be closed from 5pm Wednesday August 5th and will no longer be accepting Call & Collect purchases until further notice.
If you have an in-store return or exchange please hold onto the receipt and we will happily process this in accordance with our Returns policy once we safely re-open for trade. If you have a faulty purchase or require a credit note extension please email our team at email@example.com and we will do our best to make alternative arrangements for you.

How do I collect my Click & Collect order?
To see if an item is available for Click & Collect, head to your desired product, select your size and then use the Find In Store button to see if your closest location has stock available.
If the item is available in your size at your closest store, then click on the add to bag button and checkout. In the checkout select the Click & Collect shipping method.
Our store staff will then process your Click & Collect order within 24 hours. You will be notified via email as soon as your order is ready to be collected.
Then head into your nominated store with your “Ready to Collect” email and a valid photo ID.
If we encounter any issues with your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
