Severe dust storms and high winds in the ACT and NSW have forced Australia Post to suspend the delivery of letters and small parcels to areas around Wodonga, Mitchell, Canberra South, Tuggeranong and Goulburn but at this stage deliveries of larger parcels by van drivers will continue.
Bushfires and subsequent road closures and access issues in the NSW south coast will result in some delivery delays in Bermagui, Nowra, Bateman’s Bay, Bega and Moruya. In addition, Post Offices in Bodalla, Adaminaby, Broulee and Malua Bay have closed until further notice.
